G.S. Roy "Kishore" & S. Jha
Psycho-motor efficiencies of the drivers whose driving had involved in one or more serious bus accidents (N= 50) were compared to a matched group (N= 50) of drivers having accident-free driving career far 7 years. The results showed that the drivers of accident group had significantly lower meantime and higher mean errors in completing simple and complex tasks, were high speed, and low accuracy oriented than those of the non-accident group. The error scores of the accident group in completing simple anti complex task were negatively correlated with the time scores.
