N. Khalique
Interindividual influence is a social phenomenon. In an attempt to determine the effects of the presence of similar and dissimilar individuals on an individual engaged in learning a verbal task, it was found that the presence of similar individuals hampers the speed of learning more than the presence of dissimilar individuals does (p < .01).
