N. Khalique |
In
an attempt to determine the effect of psychological presence, relative
to both the situations: Lonely situation and physical presence, of
familiar persons on an individual engaged in learning a verbal task,
it was found that the average speed of verbal learning in psychological
presence of familiar persons is faster than the average speed in
their actual presence and slower than in lonely situation.
