A. Shukla
Effect of three demographic variables employment, marriage and education are explored on women's work involvement and work satisfaction. Two separate 2 x 2 x 3 ANOVA is performed. The results suggest that highly educated single women have high work involvement and a greater satisfaction with work when employed than when not employed. Highly educated married women have an equally high work involvement but are more satisfied with their housework than with their jobs. Special needs of specific groups of women are discussed.
