Pattern
of Leadership Behavior Assessment in China

The
research on the pattern of leadership behavior assessment in foreign
countries all started on the assumption of two factor theory: one
is the fulfillment of the object or aim of an organization, and the
other is group maintenance. This study demonstrated by Cluster analysis,
that there are at least three factors: fulfillment of organization
object or aim, group maintenance, and personal moral character. This
perhaps is due to the cultural difference between China and Western
countries.
