研究領域 (Research Area)

私たちを取り囲む生物・社会環境に柔軟に適応するためには，様々な認知機能が必要となります。そのため，認知機能を高めることで環境に対する適応を高める試みが長年に亘って続けられてきました。しかし，これまでの研究では，認知トレーニングの効果について一貫した結果が得られていません。私は，ワーキングメモリを含む認知機能のトレーニングを中心に研究を行い，トレーニングによる認知機能の変化のメカニズムを解明し，新たな認知トレーニング理論の提案を目指しています。

 

I am a PhD student in the Satoru Saito Lab, Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University. My research interests are memory, working memory training, cognitive training and learning. Currently I am focusing on the study of working memory training and its underlying mechanism (e.g., cognitive routine, cognitive strategy use). I am also working on the study of memory for serial order recall, which is related to the tasks used in our previous training studies.
